CASE STUDIES
I have spent over nine years building a framework for transformation that helps businesses grow by moving from a focus on product to a focus on customer. As a result, many of the strategy and innovation programs highlighted elsewhere actually involved follow-on work where we implemented the plans and ideas. However, some of the case studies below provide examples of the end-to-end approach from strategy through to delivery.
The Spotlight case study provides a good overview including the metrics achieved as a result of delivering the transformation. The outputs from this project resulted in my company being short-listed for the New Management Consultancy of the Year award. I have also included a number of other projects, both as detailed case studies and in summary format.
Worked across a multitude of programs that started with definition of the new vision and continued into delivery of the programs to communicate the vision
Developed and supported implementation of the technology for PE firm post acquisiton
Ran key parts of the post-deal JV creation and post-merger integration programme between WW and Woolworths to create 2|entertain
Designed the micro SME digital first strategy and then program managed the implementation through to in-life support
Created the overall Customer Experience strategy globally, and then undertook hero initiative projects to support implementation
Built and implemented the operating model for the launch of 4OD
Developed the overall digital strategy across Central Europe and then supported pre-deal due diligence and post-deal transformation to integrate new units
