THE NEED FOR
INSPIRATION:

Education and inspiration are two essential ingredients when you are building the case for change with senior leadership. Education comes from talking about war stories of peer organisations that have taken a similar journey, whilst inspiration focuses on defining the art of the possible, giving individuals a reason to dream and get excited about coming in to work each day.

Speaking, either to a small group around a Board table, or to a large audience at a conference is about giving each attendee something to remember that builds belief in the topic being discussed.

My particular focus is on helping companies understand the strategic value of placing the customer at the heart of everything they do. Over the last ten years I have worked with some of the world’s leading experts in the customer space to build insights and thought leadership in this space.

As part of this, I have spoken at a vast number of Board meetings, team off-sites, university lectures and international conferences about the need to be customer-led, digitally driven. I have written blogs, been interviewed for publications and had citations in business books.
