PROBLEM
STATEMENTS:
There are four main problem statements that I can support:
- You need to turn-around and/or grow your business but need to rethink the way you do strategy because your traditional approach no longer works
- Your way of delivering innovation results in too many failures and very few successes
- You need to deliver change, not just run a transformation process
- You know that you need to become far more customer focused but don’t know how
HOW CAN I HELP:
I work primarily with CEOs and Boards of companies that need to solve major problems or seize new opportunities. There are a two ways to engage depending on the needs of the specific business.
I have often worked with senior leadership teams in an advisory role, covering everything from presenting best practice across industries through to defining the problem statements / potential approaches, building a case for change and supporting areas such as high performing team development. These can be one off engagements, or on an ongoing basis but tend to be focused on facilitating, coaching and mentoring.
More regularly, I work on a consultative basis where I manage and deliver significant change initiatives covering strategy, innovation and transformation. There are numerous examples of successful programs in the Case Studies section. I can work as part of the internal unit or build a specialist team for a specific initiative / skills required.
Due to my background experience within the customer space, I am also often asked to support the development of a roadmap around customer transformation. This usually involves building a customer function within most organisations.
